Domestic Orders
All packages are ship via JP Post with tracking. We provide order-tracking numbers to the email address submitted to us by you during checkout.
Drop off days are Monday-Friday, orders will be dropped off at the local post office for them to process for shipping and get to you safely!
Once JP Post has your package, we are no longer responsible for their process on these packages. WE HAVE NO CONTROL.
International Orders
We ship internationally with JP Post express shipping. All international orders are tracked and shipped through JP Post. Shipping internationally does take time, usually international orders go through many areas and will take up to 6 business days.
Please note that we are not responsible for any additional custom duty taxes your country charges. International orders may be subject to additional charges, such as import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country's customs department upon your orders arrival. Please contact your local post office.

FAILURE TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER FROM YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE ARE SHIPPED BACK AND RETURNED. SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!
